Hey boys and girls: I’m a writer who lives on the North Side of Chicago with my wife and dog. I work for an ad agency.

For a long time the subline of this blog was “The killer. His black heart” but I’m trying to make it less about existential dread.

Posts generally fall into three categories:

-Good propaganda: Ads, posters, etc. that have succeed in not ruining my day.

-Nerd fuel: Shamelessly geeky inspiration.

 -Yuppie lust: Objects of desire I probably can’t afford.
