What did you eat tonight?
Oh you didn’t get a Top Chef winner to cook for you in an amazing backyard party in Chicago’s West Loop? You didn’t have endless Three Floyd’s, and awesome pork, squid and octopus treats? Bummer for you. Respect for Stepanie Izard’s Drunken Goat! Can’t wait for it to open.

I was just as confused when i saw the Mae Shi play Beat Kitchen earlier this year and it was a shitfest that sounded nothing like their record. Still I’ll remember that train wreck and the one I saw Sunday for a long time.

perpetua: This story sounds like it could be an anecdote told by a Scharpling & Wurster character. In that context, who do you figure Tom and Jon would select as the “popular recording artist” from Chicago?

Kids at the average Miley concert have better show manners than this pitchfork crowd. People are talking through entire sets. I heard pitchfork didn’t hire union and that’s why the sound is so quiet, but jez just cause people can hear you doesn’t mean you need too.

As 1/64th Cherokee American and a potential watcher of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ (always number 6 in my Netflicks queue) I feel I understand these people’s suffering enough to allude to making a joke at the expense of these people’s suffering.

I know i’m late to the party on this, but jeez… Fieldrunners: Basically a “murder refuges that don’t fight back” game. It is like somebody read the Bush doctorine and made it into an iPhone app. Also I’m addicited to it.
