Sunday is the start of the last week of my 20s. So be it.

I’m sure at some point I’ll miss them, but I’m prepared. People have been calling me an old man for 15 years. I was never cool and reckless anyways – just a schmuck and a bit of dirtbag.

And much to my surprise, I worked my ass off to get here. OK it was mostly luck, but 15-30%: All me.

To all the nerdy, upper-middle teenage guys out there – who just want a cool wife and a big-city job where you can wear sneakers and talk about cartoons – I say hold on and don’t take yourself so seriously.
